A.J. Andreoli, CPCU

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, A.J. Andreoli became a Principal of Sullivan Group in 2002 and an Owner in 2012. Prior to his career at Sullivan Group he worked in the Commercial Underwriting Department at Hanover Insurance Company.

A.J. serves clients across a wide range of industry sectors, with specialty focus areas including residential and commercial real estate, manufacturing, technology and personal insurance. He takes a holistic approach to the insurance needs of his clients and incorporates a risk management focused approach to addressing their exposures.

A.J. lives in Holden, MA with his wife Christina and their children Elise, Paige and Jack. He is very active in his community, volunteering for several charities in various capacities. He is active in youth sports, coaching teams for Worcester Youth Flag Football, Venerini Academy Basketball, Holden Recreational Basketball, and Wachusett Girls’ Travel Basketball. He has also served as a football official for the past 20 years at both the high school and collegiate levels.

A.J. received the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2003 from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in Malvern, PA. He has served on Acadia Insurance Company’s Young Agent’s Advisory Council and was named as one of Worcester Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2005. He graduated from St. John’s High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Assumption College.
