Francis P. Shea, CPCU, LIA

Francis P. Shea is a Principal at Sullivan Group. He brings over 30 years of industry experience to the organization as a business insurance specialist with expertise in both Property Casualty and Employee Benefits.

Prior to joining the Sullivan Group as a partner in 1989, he worked for a national insurance brokerage firm in Boston, MA.

Very active in the Community, Fran has been a United Way Trustee, having served on the Allocations Executive Committee, Community Cabinet, and Chair for a number of panels and campaigns. Fran is a Corporator with the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, and a Board Member of the Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Fran was formerly the Board Chair for The Washburn House, an Assisted Living Facility. Fran also recently served as Saint John’s High School Annual Alumni Fund Chair.

Fran is a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of MA, the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts (ASM), and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of MA.

Fran holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation from The American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In addition to his CPCU designation, Fran is a Licensed Insurance Adviser in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, Cum Laude, with a degree in Accounting.
