Owen Shea

Owen is a Principal at Sullivan Group. He has been in the financial services industry since 2016 and joined Sullivan Group in 2023.

Prior to Sullivan Group, Owen was a Senior Investment Analyst at Fidelity Investments working in their Consultant Relations group partnering with investment consultants advising plan sponsors. Before that, he held multiple roles in Fidelity’s corporate finance arm working in a strategic planning and decision support capacity.

He volunteers with the Travis Manion Foundation, one of the nation’s leading Veteran Service Organizations, serving as a mentor in their Character Does Matter program.

Owen earned his Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in business administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Babson College. He is also a CFA Level III candidate. In his free time, he enjoys competing in triathlons, hiking, and golfing.
